Re: Braveboard Top Albums of 2009
If I remember correctly, last year's winner was Opeth's Watershed. Needless to say, Those Whom the Gods Detest is a far more worthy #1 recipient. I am content with the results of this list.

Re: Braveboard Top Albums of 2009
Not one album in the top 10 is in my personal top 10 i'm shocked that the Chasm is in the top 10. Not because it's a crap album (haven't heard the whole thing, and what i have, i like), I just never thought they were very popular or that new album was heard by alot of people. I'm also suprised Immortal, Cobalt and Sacrifice didn's score higher based solely on the amount of appreciation from this site for those bands

Re: Braveboard Top Albums of 2009
Sorry dudes, a few weeks off from radio over the holidays and only my 2nd show of the new year, best time to do it was now? And besides, most of the kiddies from Western aren't around in December to hear this anyway.

We mean your list is obviously not included in the Braveboard list (the first post in this thread). Submissions to be included were held from mid-december to January 2nd.

Re: Braveboard Top Albums of 2009
I remember some kids outside a show handed me a burned CD of The Project Hate back in the day, telling me they were just promoting them cause they liked them and wanted to bring them over to play here. They had no affiliation with the band or label. Sort of random.

That's clever shit!TyrannoraGAY Did I do it right? It's certainly got the knowing awkwardness done right, without bothering to replace a syllable with a long "a" in it (e.g. Iced Gay, Manogay, etc.).
