Last one hit 50. Let's do this. Keep personal beefs out whenever possible.

America's most expensive drugs (hint: they're not street drugs):

The Supreme Court already ruled bribery was okay, back with the Citizens United decision.
So ring that dinner bell and let the buzzards descend on democracy's corpse.

Right and long before that, it was an understood MO.

Another person (in BC I believe) told to leave the restaurant for wearing a certain hat. The left feels it's wrong to deny service based on gender or race (and rightly so) but is ok with discriminating based on a political stance. The hypocrisy, hate and intolerance of the left is astounding. Of course, that's in large part why the Democrats were voted out.

MAGA man can keep his fucking hat off because A) he should know enough to keep his politics to himself while in foreign country; and B) only a disrespectful slob wears a baseball hat inside a fine dining restaurant - it was a reservations-only place, not a McDonalds.

Yeah, wearing a ball cap to a nice restaurant is a slob move. Like wearing a metal shirt to a fine dining establishment, I'd expect to be thrown out too.

I think about politics a lot, and I know when/where to pick my battles.

Several articles out there today of a hunter who shot a giraffe. I'm not personally into hunting, I understand it for necessity of food, safety or in some cases over-population, but just for the sake of a hunt, I find it disgusting. That's just my opinion. What fascinates me is the plethora of left wingers out in force just damning this person and spewing hate on every social media outlet and news outlet that will air them and yet these are the very same people who advocate for killing babies in the womb. The hypocrisy of the left knows no bounds.

I am for hunting for food. I'm also for hunting as a means to preserve livelihood, like how American and Canadian hunters will hunt boar and coyote just to cull the infestation and prevent the decimation of livestock.

I used to be against all hunting until I actually learned about how humane it is compared to 1) modern factory farming, 2) religious practices like Halal and 3) nature itself. To kill an animal in seconds via a bullet to the head or heart is far more humane for it than to see it ripped apart by a predator, human or otherwise.

Funny how taz gets riled up over "leftists kiling babies" than the ineptness of the Trump Administration's response (or lack thereof) to Puerto Rico resulting in the loss of thousands of lives. You never talk about that for some reason.

Judge temporarily blocks end to housing assistance for displaced Puerto Ricans

The almost vindictive treatment of U.S. citizens by the guy you lot voted in is appalling to say the least.

Have you ever shot an animal with your gun to see if that was true or did you just read some NRA pamphlet? I'm going with the latter.

Trump supporters throw a tantrum and censor products sold on Walmart's open marketplace site. Apparently merch that is anti-Trump shouldn't be sold in the US. http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing- ... om-website :stupider:

The Senate Intelligence Committee on Russian election meddling also took a fat turd on Trump's claims Russia didn't meddle. http://thehill.com/homenews/senate/3954 ... n-election

Quote:
In yet another contradiction to Trump allies claims, the Senate panel also found that a piece of Democratic-funded opposition research known as the Steele dossier did not "in any way inform the analysis in the ICA — including the key findings."

This was "because it was unverified information and had not been disseminated as serialized intelligence reporting," the Senate report found.

All in all, the Senate panel's report was a unflinching contradiction of many of the core claims made by Trump allies in the House.

Get ready for the usual people to chime in with loaded statements about how the US does it too, as if this is news to anyone or that anyone actually endorses US interventionist overreach/habitual regime change as foreign policy axis, and this was just a "taste of their own medicine".

I've been wondering lately how much meddling by the US occurs along party lines. The 1959 Iranian Coup was orchestrated by the Eisenhower administration, which may be the only thing to get people around here to admit that the Republican party of 200 years ago is not the same as the Republican party of 50 years ago is not the Republican party of 20 years ago...etc.

If I had more time on my hands, I'd look into it myself, but it's not likely to get anyone to shut up regardless.

Another money grubbing incompetent tool of the Trump Kleptocracy bites the dust:

Quote:
Scott Pruitt resigns: Trump's scandal-ridden EPA chief steps down

Sadly Andrew Wheeler, the acting head of the EPA, isn't much better.

Trump lives rent-free in the heads of lefties. Literally, they are obsessed with everything he does.
