Well, he's not known for anything except his hatred for Russia. That is really the only virtue in Ukraine's post-Maidan environment.

When he was leading Georgia, on behalf of George W. Bush he launched a war against the Russian enclaves of Abkhazia and Ossetia. Well it didn't work and the Russians mercilessly kicked their asses.

Some time after his humiliation, Georgians also discovered (LOL) that he was crooked, so he had to run away from Georgia as a fugitive. Ukraine's anti-Russian movement took him in, and Poroshenko was his good buddy for a while; they even gave him a Ukranian citizenship and named him as the governor of Odessa.

That went on until they had a falling out. Officially, both Saakashvili and Poroshenko accuse each other of being corrupt, and also of being secretly agents of Moscow (LOL #2). Really, it is just ambition that says only one of them can be NATO's favourite pet dog in the region. In any case, it led to Saakashvili getting arrested, released from prison by an angry mob, and then re-arrested.

Saakashvili is the Black Sea version of Ahmed Chalabi. As soon as he's no longer useful to Washington, there's a whole fleet of buses for them to throw him under.

Franco-Russian relations have been great in general since as far back as the end of the Napoleonic Wars. The elites in France today are doing nothing but shitting all over the country and its relationships abroad, especially in regards to the rest of Europe. If Russia is making people distrust French elites, this is a good thing.

When it comes to France, the question is always "which France?". It always seems like French presidents have majority support (after a second round election), but then the presidents actually try to do something, and society goes right back to being in 4 or 5 pieces with one of them trying to get its agenda enacted over the objections of the others.

Macron is president as the default not-FN candidate in that 2nd round. In office now, he's got to prove he's The Man and lash out a bit at those the FN-friendly parts of French society might get along well with. That includes both Euroskeptics and Russia (and Poland? And Hungary? And ... well, you get the idea.)

If there should be another who can steal the flag of the not-FN from Macron, due to domestic discontent, the next time around he might be the one dumped, and some other faction's leader might be the not-FN default guy.

The players change, but the game goes on the same way.

My my, Islamic Tolerance all over Europe over the festive holiday season

Lets start off with this "Swedish" terrorist arrested in Rotterdam on Christmas Eve. On Sunday evening the special police unit DSI arrested four men on suspicion of involvement in Islamic terrorism. Among the suspects is a 29-year-old man from Sweden, reports the Public Ministry.

https://nltimes.nl/2017/12/26/four-terr ... -rotterdam

Then let us continue to the following article (in Dutch, but you can use google translate) about a foiled Islamic terror attack on a German Christmas market was published before Christmas in the Dutch media.

https://tmgonlinemedia.nl/consent/conse ... etect=true

Then, we move onto three Chechen, one Georgian, and one Afghan, thugs who broke a female officer's hand on Christmas Eve in Vienna. Originally appeared on this blog here
https://egrinok.wordpress.com/
But a translated version can be found here
https://vladtepesblog.com/2017/12/26/vi ... ent-night/

Understandably, these issues are all being brought upon us by evil patriarchal white Europeans, no doubt
