First your balls ache, then you piss "grainy white shit"?

I'm no doctor, but I suspect those are bad signs.

I think if you have stones, you should be in some pain in your side. I'm not 100% though... never had them. Just new someone who did and he in vomoutous amounts of pain. Just not sure when that pain may come along.

pretty sure stones would come with intense abdominal pain, fever, nausea and vomiting.

the grainy white stuff is certainly pus though so you most likely have some sort of bladder type infection.

Yeah women in my family are extremely prone to UTI's, it looks like it might be my turn.

I gotta say, though... Urinary tract infections are AWESOME

When I shipped out the shirts I sold on eBay a couple weeks ago, I accidentally shipped a package to someone who hasn't paid me yet. The chick still hasn't paid, and probably has the shirts now. Fuck. I imagine I'll never receive the payment... but hey, it was only like $20.

Either way, my fault I guess... but... honour system people!

I'll leave a shitty feedback review I think... if I decide that's fair.

Last time I had a shit experience too when some fuckwit in Indonesia said they didn't receive the Rahu tapes and Moonblood bootleg tapes he won. Had to pay that back. I'll never send to shit parts of the world again without tracking, that's for sure. Damn shipping is expensive though.

I bought a couple pair of New Balance shoes maybe a month ago. A 574 which are nice, and a 565 which are nice too... but the 565 are in navy blue. I don't know what I was thinking. I feel like navy blue is total wally. I haven't worn them much. Wonder if I could exchange them still.

Xerxes, you are so young. You shouldn't have stones.

Me on the other hand....
46, addicted to soda, I should be a haven for stones.

So I was making perogies, and I like to fry up some chopped pieces back bacon and green onions as a topping for them. Well, this time around, for unknown reasons the back bacon began to explode inside the frying pan. I'm used to a bit if popping from frying stuff, but this time it was really detonating like bullets cooking off in a fire. Boiling oil flung at mea and everything nearby; pieces of bacon and onion tossed well over a metre away, all over the kitchen. WTF - shrapnel bacon - why ???

I was able to exchange them at the Softmoc discount warehouse where I bought them. Wore them about 10 times so just spruced them up the tiny bit they needed and brought them back. They didn't have anything else that wasn't wally so fortunately the credit the give can be used at any Softmoc store. Grabbed a pair of 373's from the mall. Black. Much better... and they were on sale so they only cost me $10 more out of pocket.

So I traded these...

...and they are super light and comfortable and I don't feel like a wally. I believe navy blue is a terrible colour for shoes, but they were cheap so I basically got two for the price of one, along with a light blue canvas pair of 574's which I do like and kepy. I'm ghey for classic sneakers. The more you know.

Yeah. The 5 Paddles brewery is right in that plaza there now too... so I wandered over to the softmoc last month to replace my shabby NB's and grabbed two pair. Shouldn't have bought those navy ones but it worked out in the end! It's hard to find sizes there too. Basically it's just the leftovers and rejects no one wants clearance store.

Unfortunately age doesn't matter. I've had a small kidney stone or two. I also had my gallbladder removed when I was 18 because it was full of stones. :8D:

I think I am no longer going to use the leg press machine that I've always uses at the gym. It's ones where you have to start by pressing... not one where you lower the weight first. Stupid concept if you ask me... and I fucked my lower lat yesterday, or some muscle attached to my lowest back rib on the right... and now I'll be out of commission for at least a the rest of this week... hopefully not longer, but who knows. It's tender as fuck. It'll be hard to do any weights since the muscle basically supports my right arm apparently... and I can feel that.

It was this exact fucking thing... doing 300lbs which I've always been able to do. Back/side/legs must have been week yesterday or something... felt a pop:

Post Re: Stop Whining!: Arny in an Action Comedy Edition.
I aggravated my back again yesterday to the point where I couldn't get to sleep until like 4am because it hurt no matter which way I lay. I iced it and took pain meds but it didn't matter. I almost went to the hospital in the middle of the night for an x-ray. It's my lowest back rib...the cartilage or muscle in there (can't remember the name right now but I've been reading about it). Anyways... it's fucked because after some of the most uncomfortable pain I've ever had last night, I sucked it up, fell asleep, and throughout the day today it kept feeling better... and now it feels the best it has.

I hope I didn't jinx it and I'm going to be very careful the next week or so, but how the fuck does it go from brutal and the worst after tweaking it yesterday to feeling so, so much better tonight... fucked.

I don't like those machines. It feels like my lower back is a fulcrum and I hurt more from those stupid machines than I do with deadlifts. My leg exercises are mostly the old time exercises, squats, deadlifts and some kind of lunge variation. The other leg exercises I do are the turbo ghey ones, like holding bum-bells and lunging around the building or some other chick shit.

I've never had an issue with the machine before but have always been afraid of it. I am not going to use it anymore. This is what I was always afraid of. Kettle bell squats I've been doing... but that's all I'm going to do from here on out. Been doing lots of kettle bell stuff over the past few months and laying off free weights and machines a bit.

It was weird... I was doing the same weight as I always do... 310lbs... and it just wouldn't move, and then pop. I must have been turbo weak that day from other shit.

i don't like that machine for the fact that it makes you think you can lift more than you should. you wouldn't squat 310lbs most likely, so you shouldn't be pressing that much. no balance required either which is keeping weak links in the chain.
