There you have it. They did it just fine before the ICC.

The ICC is a farce.

So you didn't read the quote explaining exactly why it wasn't just fine

Good grief man.

I said 109, removing the 30 that didn't ratify. Read better. (Though I should have said 108.)

I said Western-leaning, not left-leaning. Read better.

Any of the others are simply on the list of "cast the first stone" countries who need to clean their own yards up before they begin casting judgement.

Wage growth up 2.9% in Augest, highest in 10 years. Wage growth for the top decile of earners up 1.2%. Wage growth for the bottom decile of earners (generally no high school diploma) 7.6% as reported by those that calculate. Maybe in part because of the 260k+ manufacturing jobs created in the past 12 months, the highest number since 1998? Guess we will have to wait a while longer for the Chuck Shumer Tax Cut Apolcalypse.

As Florence gets closer, Trump spouts off some incredible shit about Puerto Rico. Just extraordinary levels of insanity right here. http://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-09-14/d ... e/10246372

And while that happens, the Washington Post took a look back at Trumo on the anniversary of 9/11 and more ridiculous shit he's said on that topic. https://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/world/ ... 5037x.html

And on the eve of pretrial motions, Manafort looks like he may have struck a deal with Mueller. More to come in the next few hours. http://thehill.com/regulation/court-bat ... ler-report

I'll say it once again. Some Americans are fucking tired of Democrats and Republicans. Trump decided to dip his shoes into politics and Americans bit on it, and lo and behold...a businessman becomes President with no affiliation ties.

Translation....I love the idea, but it was certainly the wrong guy. Now we can all step back and look at it. This is how Hillary looks to the American public, they would have rather had Trump. Yes, Trump is a failure. His filter is poor. His public speaking is left to be desired. His compassion is zero. I will remember him for throwing paper towels in a time of crisis. And we are now approaching 1/2 way into his term.

Who the hell does America have to look forward to? Who are the early leaders for Inauguration 2021?

That sounds funny. But, you know what? When I listen to that guy in interviews, I immediately like him. Duane Johnson has more compassion in his pinky finger, than Trump has accumulated probably in his entire life.

I think Duane Johnson would be excellent in politics. Much better than Trump. That's for damn sure. Duane is a very likeable guy IMO. I hear about stories where he gives to charities, and apparently he does it a lot.

He has leverage, and I think America could benefit nicely with a Duane Johnson.

I think that people should just stop appointing celebrities to political office.

That would be the sensible thing. You know how the general population feels about that.

He definitely does seem like a decent enough dude. Plus you know that he can work a mic without sounding like a petulant Oompa Loompa. I wouldn't want him in office, but yeah... if you had to pick a celeb, you could do way worse than him.

Well, we need to go somewhere, because the actual political people are failing this country miserably.

Celebrities and familiar family names shouldn't expediate, or put you to the head of the class for any political office. It's disgusted me for years.

Same with members of the same families (Bush, Clinton, Kennedy, Trudeau, etc.).

In fact, it bothers me even more than celebrities.

Canadians who smoke marijuana legally, or work or invest in the industry, will be barred from the U.S.: Customs and Border Protection official.

Bummer lol.

Still sucks for people in the industry though. Could have posted in the Canadian thread, but I wasn't sure if it's more a Canadian or US story. Probably Canadian. Oh well.

It's probably just too much marijuana.
