They've put some bikes and rowing machines and some dumbbells in this little (now non)used area of my office building, and it's really close to me... 'the eagles nest'... so I am basically just going to do a month of eating better than ever and cardio and some light weights. See where that takes me. Started yesterday. It's cool... I don't have to do shit when I get home. Only downside... now shower.

Finally making that effort to taking that second step I've talked about.

Agreed! Ghost left a much bigger impression on me, though. This was my third time seeing the Book of Souls tour, and my first time seeing Ghost at all. I was amazed that the Nameless Ghouls actually really participated in the show and felt like they had some personality to them. I was figuring they'd all lay back and it would just be the Papa E show. I couldn't be happier to be wrong about that!

I hadn't seen Book of Souls stuff live, was amazing.
Only missed one Toronto Ghost show, this was one of the better one so. Year Zero was my favourite song of the night, both bands.

Helluva night, have no memory of how I got home.

Haha! Year Zero was the highlight of my evening, too! It was my first time hearing that song, but it really left a strong impression on me. I will absolutely be seeing Ghost again. I've already bought Infestwhateverthefuck yesterday (already own the Meliora reissue with the Popestar EP at the end), so now I just need to get their first record and I'll be all caught up.

I don't know if it's Ontario-wide... or even Canada-wide... but I am pretty positive that no establishment can legally turn away someone who just needs to use their washroom. You don't have to buy anything. It's a 'keep the city clean' thing or whatever.

There's a movie called Country Crush. I fucking dare any one of you to watch it for five sustained minutes without laughing. It cannot be done.

I just watched the trailer and didn't laugh. I want to fuck like seven chicks in it, did not laugh.

Yes, Xerxes, I know. Before you even post, I know.

I have never heard of this. Around here, a lot of businesses make a point of denying washroom use to non-customers. It's called the "fuck off, junkie" principle.
