Supposedly George Michael "hates the cover and hates us for doing it" in the words of Wes Borland.

My similar exposure to Limp Bizkit and I also share George Michael's disdain of their cover.

there was a funny part of al jourgensens book where he said durst wanted al to produce something or other and he wanted the vocal effect that al had on thieves, so he started fucking with him telling him he had to do all these stupid things to achieve the right sound.

Well I gotta give it to Limp Bizkit for Breaking me into the metal sound since I loved Rap much more at the time.

Edit: oh wait... Nookie.

You more than likely know "Rollin'" as well, as its arguably their "signature song'. Even my dad, who was well beyond the age of being "in the know" with what was popular with the MTV oriented crowd when LB were current, confirmed to know it even earlier this year, nearly 20 years after its release.

Yep I know that one too for sure.

I'm all but certain that Meth wrote nearly all the lyrics for that track. The nasty vintage Premo beat didn't hurt either.

The beats on that album are some of his best work, but yeah, not the most inspired MCs. Generally speaking besides Guru and Jeru his choice of album length collaborators was pretty weak until PRhyme, and even then I can only stand Royce in small doses.

he did six tracks on 'return of the boom bap' that all rule, and the blaq poet album he did isn't terrible. never heard prhyme.

Why aren't we discussing that recent incident where the one dude from ICP tried to kick Fred Durst on stage? Or did we somewhere else?

What with the threads we have here right now (BB unironically likes Korn thread, this one, Ted Nugent), I'm like this close to making an ICP thread (good news clowns and all) just to see what'll happen.......
