I'm not gonna front, I still listen to the first five albums here and there. Furthermore, The Serenity of Suffering was surprisingly good.

Haven’t listened to new stuff in years, but will always love the first 5 -6 albums. They changed music, love’em or hate’em.

If your tastes in music lean towards the "edgy" or hard side of things in any manner and are between the ages of 30 and 55 (actually, even younger I'd say, but the very end of the 1990s was when KoRn were at their peak in popularity), at some point in the last 25 years you would have heard at least one or two of their songs, even if you didn't realize it.

None of it is good. Saw them open for Ozzy in Portland in '96. Band sucked eggs big time. Wigger fest.

Their first 5 albums range from good to excellent!
I'm not even a big nu-metal fan, and didn't much care for the whole nu-metal scene/movement in the late 90's-early 2000's. But they were one of the 1st bands to do it, and they did it well. It was refreshing to hear something that was different, and actually, the mainstream needed them at the time. Metallica turned into wimps and Hetfield started sounding like a country singer. Korn was heavy, had tons of attitude, and brought in a shitload of kids into the heavy music scene.

I really don't get why people associate nu-metal with "wiggers". I remember ingenting once posted something to the effect of how the "wiggers" of the world hated nu-metal with a passion, with Limp Bizkit being the only band in the scene that they really accepted. From what I remember from back when nu-metal was popular, that was pretty much the truth.

I really liked the first three albums. I saw them on their first tour in Mesa, AZ in '94 and thought they were great.

I enjoy the first 5 albums. After that they kinda lost me. Still enjoy listening to them from time to time. Still haven't seen them live.
