The Deicide and the Monstrosity are fucking ace, but the Monstrosity is the stronger album, imo.

No way, the Monstrosity was just good, the Deicide is better.

Monstrosity is head and shoulders better than the other two.

I still need to hear the Rot, I will probably like it. I don't expect to like it more than the other two. I think that the Monstrosity is a little better, but that Deicide album is no joke.

Since nobody else is willing to say it I will, the Monstrosity was a bit of a letdown. I expect more out of that band and less out of Deicide, but that's not what we got.

Three really strong albums.

Jungle Rot is the easy one to eliminate. Good, fun listen. But...it's Deicide and Monstrosity they are up against here.

I gotta go with Deicide, at the moment. The Monstrosity album is pretty long, and might take a little while longer to fully sink in. But the Deicide is fucking catchy and more concise. So, they get my vote here.

My thoughts exactly . The Monstrosity is just a song or two too long  8)

True, but it justifies the 11 year wait, I guess.

Went with Jungle Rot, could've also been Monstrosity.

The new Deicide is just super boring...

We all know Troof's tastes and opinions are questionable so this just proves my point.

Deicide wins

Really?!

The Jungle Rot I get. Jammed it and instantly forgot about it. The other two I thought were solid as hell. The Deicide surprised the hell outta me. Very old school.

I sort of agree with you about the Monstrosity, but I think it's still a very good album. The Deicide is good too, but I think that their last album was just as good. I don't know if either album is year end list material, depends on how things stack up when I start looking at what I have from this year. Both are really good death metal albums, neither blew me away.
