Nice article about underappreciated, or unheard of, must hear German thrash albums. Tons of great shit on this list.

I've only really heard of Exumer, Accuser and Holy Moses out of that list. Got to check out some more of these bands.

Been digging The Prophecy²³ these past few years. Great newer German Thrash. Saw them live Wacken 2011.

Cool little article. I've heard of most of those bands. Headquake, love the fact that you remind me of me. <3

Deathrow and Paradox are the cream of the crop of the 25 that I remember. :)

No shit. I hate that.
Protector, vendetta, Deathrow, Living Death and Paradox are my favs off that list. Sieges Even, Risk and Angel Dust are killer too. I'm not overly familiar with the rest.

Get Iron Angel- Hellish Crossfire. That's my #1 all time German thrash/speed release.

I've heard it a couple times but it didn't do a whole lot for me. Too noisy and sloppy. It's quite a while though so i'll have to give it another shot.

The album's best qualities! I hate modern/ tight clean productions.

Lots of great stuff there

Iron Angel, Angel Dust, Deathrow, Vendetta, Living Death and Paradox are stellar for me....probably should check the others out.

Another German thrash act that I enjoyed is Assassin....great stuff.

Listening to it now and it sounds a lot better than I remember. It's recent reissue that i'm listening to so maybe it's remixed. If i'm thinking of the same album, the recording of the original pressing had the vocals mixed way up front.
I'm enjoying this now though....good album

I lied, I did a speed run through the first time. After looking again I have two, the Protector and Exumer
