I avoided Windhand from the beginning.

High On Fire is always legit as fuck and I look forward to that.

Behemoth maybe one day, as The Satanist was a huge pleasant surprise for me.

DaTroof, I think I've mentioned this band to you before. You might dig 'em.

I'll check them out!

Listening to 'Crooked Teeth' right now:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BLCbKszn1WA

I like this, the beginning reminds me of Trepaneringsritualen* a bit, but once the slightly drone-y guitars set in, along with the Breakcore-y beats, it really makes sense! Pretty dark sounding as well!

*Trepaneringsritualen. I know Exorcist likes some Industrial, and Trepaneringsritualen might be interesting. Completely devoid of anything guitars (the only thing Metal-related could be the harsh vocals) he sometimes borders on Power Electronics.

Those are great albums. I also dig Strange and Beautiful as well as the Midnight solo album-- more so for their quirkiness than any sonic relation to those first two records. Don't really care for Astronomical at all.

Dude, I love Strange & Beautiful. It's def a departure from the first two, but it's still a great album.

The new Behemoth is a good mix of everything they have done before. I get the ''rock approach'' that Nergal was talking about. Can't wait to blast it louder in the car this week. Solid 4.5 pains out of 5.

Been following them for about 20 years and they never deceived me. Unique and i like all their periods (early BM, the Morbid Angel worship and whatever the hybrid they are doing right now)

I've been living in my own house for almost six years now.

Ok, my top 10 is changing around dramatically. Only stuff I'm still waiting on:

The Monolith Deathcult
Icarus Witch
Metal Church

BTW, the new Impellitteri is really strong. Opener "Hypocrisy" is a rager, would make a nice Primal Fear song.
