Post Fave songs from the year you were born?
Just to cut the tension on the board as of late, who's got a fave song or several from the year they were born?

From '74, here are mine:

"Working Man" (Rush)
"Rebel Rebel" (David Bowie)
"Feel Like Makin' Love" (Bad Company)
"Rock Bottom" (UFO)
"Lord Of The Thighs" (Aerosmith)
"Cold Gin" (Kiss)
"Might Just Take Your Life" (Deep Purple)

1985:
Anthrax - Medusa
Chastain - Mystery of Illusion
Dark Angel - Welcome to the Slaughterhouse
Dio - Sacred Heart
Exodus - A Lesson in Violence
Fates Warning - Without a Trace
Kreator - Tormentor
Loudness - The Lines Are Down
Megadeth - Rattlehead
Overkill - Rotten to the Core
Razor - Take This Torch
Slayer - At Dawn They Sleep

I limited it to one song per album by the bands listed, although there were many other great albums that year.

Such a fantastic year for metal, although the following year blew it out of the water.

Stargazer
The Ripper
Jailbreak
Pictured Life

Just to name a few

If you can’t figure out the year or the bands, you can fuck off.

So it was. Possible brainfart on my end here and was thinking of a song off from Burn I enjoyed as much as I liked from Fireball but came up short.

Changed my previous Deep Purple song choice upon remembering that "Might Just Take Your Life" was on 1974's Burn.

This is the year that I could literally list 500 songs easily. Of course it was a massive year in Britain, but also had TONS of great new wave, soul & funk being released.
