After having a chance to sit and listen to Destiny a bunch, I would tell you to, unequivocally, never listen to it unless you do so as a joke.

It sucks pretty damn bad. Even in context of the times (which seems to be how folks are defending it) it still sucks.

It's a blatant "sell-out" album and not a good one. I don't care that they went that direction, they were trying to make a living and that's what the market dictated. Sometimes even bands like that have to adhere or fold up camp. Thankfully they powered through!
