some non-American brutal death metal classics:

Pyaemia - Cerebral Cereal <-- my personal all time favorite
Disavowed - Perceptive Deception
Brutus - Slachtbeest
Abominable Putridity - In the End of Human Existence
Prostitute Disfigurement - Deeds of Deragement
Serial Butcher - Brute Force Lobotomy
Vomit Remnants - Supreme Entity
Vomit the Soul - Apostles of Inexpression
Katelepsy - Autopsychosis

From GTA:

Heaps of Dead - Deceased Dismembered and Left to Decay
Mortify -Preliminary Hearing
The Unborn Dead - Primitive Origins

Solid list from top to bottom. I'm especially a fan of Pyaemia and Disavowed. As for the GTA bands you listed, Mortify is the only one I'm familiar with. I'll check out the other two.

I almost bought that Lapidate album a few times, but I never did. I've had that Envenomation EP for years though. Good stuff! Too bad they never did anything else. Gravitational Distortion is awesome though.

Picked this up totally randomly about 11 years ago in Montreal and always thought it was a ripping album in the Suffocation Pierced From Within kind of style.

Nothing super special, but fun, well played and not overlong or techy.

Inveracity - Extermination of Millions

Defeated Sanity has been talked about a little bit here, but not my fav album by them. The best slam album there is imo and has some really great, grimey, brütal riffs.

I have that but it's been years since I've listened to it. I got it and a Pustulated ep at the same time. Probably been a decade since I've listened to either.

Same label as REGURGITATION put out this album too, it's not bad either:
