Nice. Great when I saw them. Stole the show from Marduk... as was expected.

I saw Marduk and Incantation, they were both pretty awesome! Saw AD a different time and they weren't terrible either. Go to one of those shows people, you won't regret it. ESPECIALLY if you haven't seen Marduk before

Holy shit this is also hitting Rouyn  I'll be going for sure.

Last Marduk album I've heard was 'La grande danse macabre', but I never saw them live so it'll be a good time anyway. Stoked to see Incantation again

Marduk are a real force live. Definitely not a show to be missed if you have any say in the matter.

That said, I still may not wind up going to the Toronto show. Game time decision.

I'll let others be more specific but to me Incantation & Marduk got top notch discographies. Pick anything really.

Don't know the other band

Are you talking about Marduk or Incantation?

Marduk has one mandatory album in my opinion. Opus Nocturne. Never really understood the love for this band when there is so, so much more better black metal out there. Mostly as generic as it gets, and probably why they were able to become one of the more successful bands. Some people went the ghey over Panzer Division Marduk because it's just so 'punishing'. K. I guess.

For Incantation... they have a handful. Their first three are stellar. Emphasis on the third .(note what is listed as third on the archives, Upon the Throne of Apocalypse, is just the second album rough mix with reverse track order):

Onward to Golgotha
Mortal Throne of Nazarene
Diabolical Conquest

And then pretty much everything else is solid to rad... especially Decimate Christendom and the most recent two kick a ton of ass considering how long the band has been around.

Wow, you think so?

I've only seen Marduk twice so far, but they were top notch both times. Very intense performances both times.

I don't actually mind them live, I just find them to be an overall boring band for my tastes.

They usually always play Materialized in Stone which is great.

I also like how Rook asked for recommendations and they just didn't respond.

Glad to be of service!

It's basically RevCo minus Al, which is probably the only way we'd get the real RevCo rather than Al Jourgensen plus a bunch of hired hands (seeing as how I'm pretty sure they all despise Al to varrying degrees). As great as said Al+hired guns version of RevCo was opening for Ministry in 2006, I'm WAY more stoked to see this version of the 'Cocks. FLA opening is just the icing on the cake

Is Dave Murray feeling better? Saw them last year and it looked like nothing worse could happen to him than to do a show that night.
